RETURNS

All posted orders include a pre-paid return postage satchel. If you choose to pick up at our warehouse, you can either return back to us at our warehouse, or purchase a return satchel from us for $9.95.

Simply place your dress in the return satchel & lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a Yellow Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date.

We take care of dry-cleaning too, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Q: HOW DO I USE BODIBOND?
Simply apply a thin layer of BODIBOND directly to your skin
in the areas you want to secure. For the best results, ensure
the area is clean and dry. Once applied, wait 30-60 secs for
the adhesive to get nice and tacky, then go ahead and press
your clothing or accessory firmly against your skin for a
lasting bond!

Q: HOW DO I REMOVE BODIBOND?
Removing BODIBOND is easy! Simply peel the clothing gently off
your skin. If there’s any residue left, grab a cloth and wash the skin
with warm water and mild soap. For clothing, a quick machine wash
will remove any traces of adhesive.

Q: IS BODIBOND SAFE FOR MY SKIN?
Yes! BODIBOND is designed to be skin friendly and gentle.
Always do a patch test if you have concerns, or consult a
medical professional before use if you have sensitive skin,
allergies, or existing skin conditions. But it's generally safe
for all skin types.

Q: WILL BODIBOND RIP OFF MY FAKE TAN?
Before removing your clothes, saturate the area with a damp cloth to
help loosen the adhesive. This way, it comes off easily with no pulling,
no tan loss, no drama.

Q: WILL BODIBOND LEAVE STAINS
ON MY CLOTHES?
No, BODIBOND is specially formulated to be stain-free and
won’t leave any marks on your clothing. If there’s any
residue after use, simply wash the fabric, and it will look as
good as new!

Q: IS BODIBOND RESISTANT TO MOISTURE
AND HEAT?
BODIBOND is designed to hold strong through moisture and heat,
keeping you secure even on hot nights out. However, it is not
waterproof and should not be used for swimming or water based
activities.
