Dress Rental
We recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your event. We offer Express postage with a pre-paid return satchel ($16.95) or FREE pick up from our warehouse: 14 Pickett Drive, Altona North VIC
Clearance
Clearance items will be shipped/ready for pick up within 1-3 business days of your order being placed.
Returns
Dress Rental
All posted orders include a pre-paid return postage satchel. If you choose to pick up at our warehouse, you can either return back to us at our warehouse, or purchase a return satchel from us for $9.95.
Simply place your dress in the return satchel & lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a Yellow Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date.
We take care of dry-cleaning too, so you don’t have to worry about it.
Clearance / Retail
Items that are purchased online and instore are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange. This includes ex rental dresses. Please note these garments are second hand and have been worn a number of times.
Retail includes boobytape. Please notify our store within 24 hours of purchase if any items have been found to be faulty.
